Hilton Recognized as the Top Hospitality Workplace in Latin America


Hilton has been recognized as the top hospitality company in Best Workplaces in Latin America in 2024. The hotel chain secured a third spot on theGreat Place to Work List in the multinational category for the second year in a row.

It is thanks to them that we have created an exceptional culture unified under the purpose of filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality,“ said Ayesha Williams, vice president of human resources, Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton. ”It is an honor to receive this recognition because it reflects that we are fulfilling our commitment to create a place that values inclusion, well-being, growth, and purpose.”

In 2023, Hilton made history as the first hotel company to be named the best company to work for in the world, ranking number 1 on the global list of Best Places to Work by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work. This year, Hilton earned the number one spot in Peru, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean and ranked second in Argentina and Panama. Currently Hilton has a regional workforce spanning almost 30 countries and territories in the Caribbean and Latin America.
