Israel Defense Forces say it was targeting Hamas and Islamic Jihad fighters hiding in a school when it bombed the compound today killing 40 people including women and children. The Department of State’s Matt Miller called on Israel to be fully transparent about the blast and President Biden is demanding Hamas accept a ceasefire proposal. NBC News’ Raf Sanchez reports.
