Le président français Emmanuel Macron et le Premier ministre indien Narendra Modi ont rendez-vous mercredi, à Marseille, pour y vanter le partenariat entre leurs deux pays. Le symbole, selon Paris, de l'”indépendance” française à l’heure de la confrontation entre les États-Unis et la Chine.
